Any citizen is welcome to attend Board Meetings. Citizens who have concerns regarding the items which are being considered by the Board are given an opportunity to express their opinion.

A "Request to Address the Board" form must be completed and filed with the Superintendent prior to 7:00 P.M.  Twenty minutes will be allocated for each subject; no one shall speak longer than five minutes.  Your request must contain your name, address, phone number, the organization you represent, and a brief statement of the information to be covered.  Forms are located in the back of the meeting room.
